Plot: Freshly dumped by her musician boyfriend the same day she gets fired from her job, rudderless thirtysomething Emily Middleton finds herself with two non-refundable tickets to Ecuador. Unwilling to lose the trip of a lifetime, she turns to the only person left to accompany her: her idiosyncratic, phobic, cat-loving mother Linda.
